Here are fixes to try accessing the CIDAA Forum:

1 - Try using a different web browser.

2 - After clicking on the Forum link, try clicking twice on forum.cidaa.net in the URL block at the top of your web browser.

Often (such as with the Chrome browser), the second click will make visible the full URL (https://forum.cidaa.net).

The next step is to delete the s in https://forum.cidaa.net so it now reads http://forum.cidaa.net and then hit the enter key.

Depending on your history retention (memory cache) settings in Chrome or other browsers, the Forum may open with no problem for weeks or months before you would need to again delete the s from https.

3 - Call CIDAA webservant Ed German at the phone number in your Gold Book and he should be able to walk you through accessing the Forum, and/or help you with a username and password.
